I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about serving the Black community and underserved populations, integrating a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach. As both a therapist and ordained pastor, I also offer faith-based support for clients who desire it, helping them find healing, clarity, and balance.
In our first session, you can expect a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where we begin building trust and understanding your story. We’ll explore what brings you in, your goals for therapy, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll also share how I work and collaborate with you to create a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your needs.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to integrate clinical expertise with cultural awareness and, when desired, faith-based perspectives. I use approaches like CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand their patterns and create meaningful change.
