I’m Jer—a Native, queer, gender-non-conforming, neurodivergent, and spiritually-minded therapist providing affirming care for adolescents and adults. If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD/Autism, sleep struggles, or identity, spirituality, or relationship challenges, support is available.
As an LGBTQ+, Trans, Poly, and ENM-affirming therapist with lived insight into queer and BIPOC experiences, I offer a space where you can be fully yourself.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Trauma Focused Therapy; Person-Centered Therapy; Energy healing techniques such as Reiki (Certified Reiki Master); Spiritual Counseling (Non-Religious) (Ordained Minister by Universal Life Church); and is a Life Coach.
