About
We all have our unique life stories with challenges and difficulties, which are not easy to talk about. With years of experience in therapeutic work, I provide my clients a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, where they can open up without fear of being judged. I make sure to build a strong therapeutic alliance and partnership with my clients so that they can work through their unique challenges in their own way. I am specialized in treating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, low self-esteem, relational issues in Korean immigrant couples and families, women's issues, parenting, loss/grief, and school issues.
I have been trained under various effective therapeutic modalities and am experienced in customizing individualized treatment based upon individual's unique needs. My focus of clinical work is to empower and educate my clients so that they become their own coaches and mentors in their everyday lives.
At this challenging time, you don't have to feel alone. I am here to join you on your journey of healing and recovery. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone if you have additional questions. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
