With a Masters of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy and a Graduate Certificate in Systemic Couple & Family Therapy, l use mindfulness and holistic approaches to help you connect with your needs and goals, build better relationships with yourself and those around you, and help you overcome and face life transitions and challenges.
For individual counseling, I aim to help you explore your mind, body, and spirit connection as well as explore moods and behaviors. Providing a fresh perspective can foster a better understanding of emotions, can teach new ways to cope, and can improve mood. I hope to lead you on the path of a happier and more fulfilled well-being.
