Do you ever feel stuck? Are you struggling with trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt? I approach counseling from a perspective of collaboration. I offer sessions through online telehealth. Evening hours are available! Advantages to telehealth are convenience, accessibility, and flexibility. I can work with clients across Ohio. I seek to create an inclusive, nonjudgmental space that facilitates change. My experience working with diverse populations across different backgrounds has equipped me with cultural humility and open-mindedness. I am also proud to be a queer Asian American in the LGBTQIA+ community.
I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns. I specialize in treating Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, Stress, Life Transitions, and BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques. Every person is unique, so my counseling is tailored to each individual. I mainly use a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach.
