I specialize in supporting adults who grew up with emotionally immature or narcissistic parents and are now navigating the complex journey of healing. Many of my clients struggle with deeply ingrained patterns of people-pleasing, codependency, and difficulty setting boundaries—patterns that once served as survival strategies but now limit their authentic self-expression. I work with individuals who are ready to break free from these inherited emotional patterns and reclaim their sense of self. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I also work at the intersection of identity, authenticity and the experiences that shaped us.
I combine talk therapy with attachment-focused EMDR and parts work, creating a tailored and comprehensive framework for healing complex trauma. We'll explore how your early relationships and unconscious patterns shape your current experiences. We'll pay attention to themes that emerge in your relationships, dreams, and even in our therapeutic relationship.
I view therapy as a journey of reclaiming your right to exist fully and authentically. Rather than imposing a predetermined healing timeline or outcome, I honor your unique pace and path. My role is to provide a secure therapeutic relationship where you can safely explore your attachment patterns, process traumatic memories and develop the self-compassion.
