I work with individuals, couples, children, and families. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with my couples. I offer EMDR, Art Therapy, and Walk and Talk Therapy. I run a process group for Moms and an Artist Way Workshop for those who desire to overcome blocks and recover creativity in their lives. I tailor the tools I use to fit you and your needs.
I truly love the therapeutic relationship and genuinely care about the people with whom I work. My style is warm and open, and my focus is on creating safety, awareness, and growth in the therapeutic environment. That said, I know a good laugh can do wonders during difficult times.
