My approach is human to human, non-judgmental, trauma and systems informed, relational, driven by extensive experience, grounded in the body, and soul-honoring. I am trained in Social Work and inspired by non-traditional approaches as well as evidence based. We will work together to craft a very personalized plan for you to honor your own path.
