I have extensive training in anxiety-related disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive Disorder, Excoriation (skin picking) and Trichotillomania (hair pulling). I am trained to work with couples. I teach and practice Focusing. I am trained to treat trauma, including complex trauma, as well as grief and loss.
