Are you feeling stuck and looking for a way to turn your momentum in a positive direction? I help people identify where they're getting stuck and how to move forward. I help people with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and spiritual and existential concerns as well as with difficulties adjusting to major life changes. For those who have already done a lot of therapy and/or a lot of self-analysis, I can provide insight, presence, and techniques that help resolve long-standing, and sometimes subtle, issues.
I tailor therapy to each person. For those who wish, I offer a body-centered approach. I value emotional and relational safety. Trust is an ongoing therapeutic goal. As clients work more deeply, new levels of trust must be established. I strive to reach clients where they are and support where they want to go. I am patient and trust the therapeutic process.
