I have a passion for helping others achieve more fulfillment and balance in their lives. I primarily work with adults, couples, and adolescents, and use warmth and empathy to help address each unique individual's needs. My approach is integrative and holistic, combining traditional psychotherapy with mind-body techniques.
This blended perspective helps people discover and unlock negative thoughts and patterns of the past, allowing them to focus on the present, feel more fulfilled, and achieve their goals for the future. I use mindfulness techniques to help individuals make more intuitive and authentic choices in their lives.
