I strive to provide a warm and caring environment for clients to explore challenges in their life. I enjoy working alongside clients who are tired of being “stuck." I believe that it is beneficial to address trauma or stressful life events that are keeping you from achieving your dreams. I am passionate about working with individuals who have ended unhealthy relationships and are wanting to heal and have healthier relationships going forward. I also like to help individuals who are in life transitions, including adolescents, young adults and older adults.
I am strengths-based and I am trained in trauma-focused treatments including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT. I am also trained in Motivational interviewing and CBT for Chronic Pain.
I enjoy partnering with clients to find solutions to challenges in life and ultimately become happier and healthier in their future. I strive to provide an accepting and safe environment.
