Wherever you are in your life journey as an adult, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship, work and everyday life stress can often feel overwhelming. My clinical approach works to build a safe, honest, and respectful space to honor whatever you may be going through. I am certified in and have extensive experience using the lens of EMDR therapy.
Our work together will empower you with sufficient knowledge and coping skills to take your life in the direction that meets the true vision for yourself despite the challenges that are presented in everyday life. I use research driven, evidence based practices to help you meet your goals for yourself and your relationships.
My schedule is open to accommodate clients on Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm in person at my office in Solon, Ohio. I also provide the option for telehealth meetings.
