I am passionate about using different therapy modalities to assist my clients in developing solutions to their problem. I use CBT techniques to help change negative thinking patterns and perception. I teach emotional regulation skills to help patients be able to understand their emotions and how to better cope with them.
I offer an warm and friendly environment to help my clients open up to me. During our first session, I will get to know my patient and understand what their needs are. From there, we will work together to build a plan to help the patient reach their goals.
