Many of my clients are navigating parenting, co-parenting, family conflict, ADHD and neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identity and relationships, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Together, we work to better understand relational patterns, strengthen communication, reduce shame, and create relationships that feel more connected, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.
I offer a grounded, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy informed by relational, narrative, and systemic perspectives. Together, we explore patterns contributing to overwhelm, conflict, or disconnection and work toward greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, clearer boundaries, and more connected relationships.
