I love working with queer and straight relationships of all kinds. I recognize that not everyone seeking relationship therapy is a couple - close friends and community members are seeking therapy together more often. I understand and work with many poly folks and I get non-traditional families. If you'd like to learn more effective ways to communicate with someone close to you I can help.
Working through a conflict takes effort. You may feel like you've been spinning your wheels trying on your own and that's where a helpful professional comes in. I can be a neutral third party and help create a safer and more productive space for working through issues.
You might be wondering if going to therapy means you failed in your relationship. Nope, that's just not true! It means you need some help navigating and want to learn some new skills.
