Being able to help people experience hope and healing in their lives is a personal passion of mine. While I have worked with a variety of populations, addressing various concerns, I am especially interested in working with individuals on relationship issues, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, and emotional intensity.
I have been providing mental health counseling since 2001, and have been fortunate to work in various agency settings. I have extensive experience working with teens/ young adults, LGBT populations, and abuse survivors. I pride myself on being able to connect well with individuals who typically "do not like therapy.
