You've already started one of the hardest parts of therapy, beginning the search for a therapist. Finding someone you feel comfortable with matters, and I understand how personal this process can be, I’ve been there myself. I specialize in working with women who are navigating the weight of complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. My approach is holistic and compassionate, honoring the connection between mind, body, and soul. I don’t see a set of symptoms but rather resiliency and strength, and the possibility for healing. Together, we will find ways to feel more grounded, connected, and supported in your life.

My style is creative and begins with cultivating trust and safety between us. From that foundation, I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic modalities, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness to support your growth in a way that is unique to you. I believe that pain often presents itself when we feel disconnected from who we are.

This can show up as anxiety, depression, shame, or dissociation and all are gentle invitations; something inside is needing care and attention. Together, we'll create the space to provide this care. To feel into your body, calm your nervous system, and discover your authentic self. I'll walk alongside you; supporting you as you uncover your innate wisdom.
