It is my strong belief that therapy is not just about coming into a boring room for an hour, dumping your soul out to someone you barely know, and then leaving. Therapy should be conducted in an environment that is pleasing to all of one's senses. When we meet, what you will get is a therapeutic experience that will be mentally, physically, and emotionally comforting for the entire time you are here. Taking this first step into making your mental health a priority can be terrifying, but it is my ultimate goal to make the transition as smooth as possible.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Registered Play Therapist (TM), and Nationally Certified School Counselor. I have a strong skill set in neurodivergence, family systems, education, abuse, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am a advocate for wraparound services and it is my goal to make sure all active parties are working collaboratively.
