I have 12+ years of experience in the mental health field, including working as a behavioral specialist, mobile therapist, residential and outpatient therapist. My areas of primary expertise are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship issues and challenges, health and wellness, single-adulthood challenges and life transitions.
