About
Navigating adolescence and young adulthood can be exciting for many. It can also be stressful, confusing and challenging to find your way. Whether you are figuring out what to do after high school or college, entering the "real world" of working full time, dealing with relationship issues or trying to figure out what to do next, I can help to support you on your path. This time in your life does not have to be so scary and uncertain with the right tools and frame of mind.
I have dedicated the majority of my career working with adolescents and young adults which is a true joy of mine. I enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that comes with interacting with young people. More important helping my clients deal with the many issues and struggles that accompany being young.
Having worked in multiple settings including outpatient, in-home services, mobile crisis, inpatient, juvenile detention, and a university I understand how the different levels of care operate. I am well connected to many resources and value quality of fit for the client/therapist relationship.
