I desire to come alongside you and work with you to discover your goals, and your healing path. True healing happens in relationship. The therapy relationship is a nonjudgmental, safe, caring space that facilitates growth and guides you toward healing and discovering your authentic self. You can heal at your own pace. We will work together to find out what resonates best with you. I believe that emotions are important and understanding them can help you heal.
Somatic noticing, emotion-focused therapy, internal family systems, and music are some of the approaches I implement to facilitate deep healing and aid in being fully present. I am trained in brainspotting, which I merge with somatic experiencing. Brainspotting can help you go deeper than talk therapy. It connects to your body where trauma is stored.
Our physical, mental and spiritual health are all connected. Trauma often breaks our connections with ourself and others. We can work together to find and heal parts of yourself that may feel this disconnection and loss. You are not alone and healing is possible.
