Many of my clients come to me in a state of internal chaos and are not sure how to move forward. You too may be seeking a grounded base from which to rediscover your personal sense of agency, direction, and inspiration. My work begins with listening to you when others have ignored, and accepting you when others have judged. But no one needs a therapist who just listens. From this basis of trust, I will challenge your thinking and behavior patterns and push you to create change in your life.
I have experience working with all kinds of clients, but the clients who like me the most tend to be, well, like me! I specialize in women’s issues, trauma, relationships, family dynamics, and postpartum therapy. Mindfulness, coping skills, wellness, and nature-based techniques are among my specialties. Additionally I offer EMDR to those whom could benefit.
Countless clients have shared that they don’t want to burden their friends and family with their “issues.” I promise that what you share with me will not shock me.
