I help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships, parenting, and the emotional or physical clutter that can overwhelm daily life. If you're feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck—in your relationship, home, or within yourself—therapy can be a place to explore what’s beneath the surface. I work with individuals and couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen connection, and move through life transitions. Whether you're facing conflict, stress, guilt, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a supportive space to reconnect—with yourself and others.

I believe many personal struggles stem not from individual flaws, but from cultural and systemic forces shaping how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. Using Narrative Therapy, a strengths-based approach, and process-style work grounded in the present moment, I help clients tap into their own powers and chart a path forward.
