I particularly enjoy working with women in transition and also welcome children, adolescents, families, and couples into my practice.
I draw from various modalities including Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and take a strengths-based approach, believing that people often aren’t giving themselves the credit they deserve. I offer a deep listening presence, validation for your feelings in whatever you are experiencing, and a sense of humor.
