I work with adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma as well as individuals adjusting to life's challenges and stressors. I empower clients by teaching them skills they can use in the present and future.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I am also licensed to provide teletherapy to individuals who reside in South Carolina (SC 1069).
For each client, I create a safe and comforting environment to discuss treatment goals. I see each person I work with as an individual and treat them with warmth, dignity and respect. I welcome people of all sexual orientations, religions, and ethnic backgrounds.
