As a Trauma Informed and Certified Grief-Informed Professional, I specialize in supporting clients as they rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and move forward after loss, trauma, or difficult adversity. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, Emotionally Focused (EFT) and sand tray techniques to help in our work.
I see therapy as an empowering and healing process. I enjoy helping people explore patterns shaped by past experiences, challenge how they see themselves and increase emotional clarity to problem solve and move forward.
