We all experience ups and downs in our life. Sometimes we have good friends or family members that we can talk to who help us get through the difficult times. Other times we may need more help than those friends or family members can provide. If you find yourself at such a point in life, then I would be happy to talk with you and explain my services. A marriage and family therapist can help you identify the underlying issues and learn skills to promote healing and restoration of relationships.
I have a desire to help couples strengthen marriages and thereby strengthen the family. I also work with individuals and families as well. My work with clients is attachment-based. I consider it a true honor to come alongside my clients and help them find hope, compassion, and healing.
I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and am available to provide supervision to those working toward their full licensure or those seeking to be mentored to become an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
