I started my journey working with individuals, couples, and families going through serious medical issues and/or grief. I switched gears to the school counseling realm working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, social/emotional issues, and providing college and career counseling.
My hope is to collaborate with clients to better oneself. My counseling style is conditional on the client putting in the work, setting goals, and in return, they will see improvement and be able to greet their best selves
