I am a strong believer in the healing powers of expressive arts and play, for both children and adults. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Registered Art TherapistSM (ATR-BC). I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with traumatic experiences, anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, and family relationship challenges.
My approach is creative, expressive, strength-based and playful. I am a family/systems-centered therapist, and I hope to make long-term changes that will increase your quality of life.
I am trained in EMDR and Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) to offer trauma-informed care for individuals and families. I am in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist, so that I can offer play as part of children's healing journey.
