As a multi-faceted, trauma-informed, and focused psychotherapist, your individual needs will determine the customization of your therapy, using the most current empirically-supported approaches and techniques available. My role is to support, empower, and challenge you to help you achieve your goals. I provide gold-standard treatment for OCD; generalized anxiety, other anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, and depression. I am dedicated to your care and can use/integrate modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, DBT, ACT, Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), and EFFT.
I am licensed in California and New Mexico. I am an OCD and Trauma therapist with specialized training and experience working in multiple settings, locally and globally. My perspective is individualized, with a family system in mind, and I offer decolonized counseling and psychotherapy.
