My background in public schools and private practice has allowed me to support clients across many stages of life and experiences. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to make changes at your own pace.
All sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. Then we work together to create a plan that feels realistic and encouraging.
