As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help adults in NY, OR, CT, MA, and FL who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space in which my clients feel “held,” heard, and helped. My therapeutic approach is personalized, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My practice is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and utilizes a range of techniques including awareness of sensations in the body, narrative interventions, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.
