One of the greatest honors of my life is to be able to come alongside children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and be part of the process of deciding that they need some extra help. I believe most people get “stuck” in life at some point and find that thoughts, feelings, daily life activities, or relationships are struggling. My main values as a therapist include respect and dignity for every individual, humility that none of us have it “figured out", competence through evidence-based practices, and connection.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker, with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, parents, and couples. I work with those struggling with major life adjustments, processing and healing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, impulse control, marital and parental conflict, and other general mental health concerns.
