I am a passionate mental health therapist and substance use disorder professional with strong expertise in co-occurring disorders, family conflict and recovery. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, eating disorders and other mental health problems as well as working with their loved ones. My approach is both direct and compassionate. I will help you identify your goals and work towards freedom from the issues keeping you stuck.

I specialize in helping you identify your goals and will help keep you accountable. I am well-versed in utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist you with realigning your long-term goals with the present. I also provide substance use and/or behavioral interventions.

I also specialize in providing case management for clients with a need for referral to follow up services and accountability typically following treatment such as sober monitoring, family therapy, psychiatry, medical, or legal needs. With compassion, empathy and support, I would be honored to help you or your loved one towards healing and sustained recovery.

Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm for a free virtual family support group for those with loved ones struggling with addiction or are in the early stages of recovery. We support one another while covering various topics including: Disease of Addiction, Setting Healthy Boundaries, Codependency, Enabling and Detachment, Communication Skills, Relapse Prevention, Letting Go and Treatment Placement Support. Addiction is a family disease, and amid the chaos, family members need a place to go for support.
