I have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, eating disorders and other mental health problems as well as working with their loved ones.

I am well-versed in utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist you with realigning your long-term goals with the present. I also provide substance use and/or behavioral interventions.
I also specialize in providing case management for clients with a need for referral to follow up services and accountability typically following treatment such as sober monitoring, family therapy, psychiatry, medical, or legal needs.
