I have over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples identify and work through patterns in their lives that are no longer working for them. In my practice, I address a wide range of needs and work with adult clients of all ages with diverse issues. I am trained in EMDR Therapy, which has been very successful in treating people suffering from anxiety, panic, post traumatic stress, or other painful emotions.
