Do you want to understand grief better and the ways in which grief is impacting you? Do you need someone to listen? Do you need some validation that you are not going crazy? Grief affects people in many ways (cognitively, spiritually, physically, relationally, and so on). It can be helpful to talk about what or who you have lost as well as get information about the process. The world does not have a realistic timeline for how long grief can last, nor do they understand it. This can result in the grieving person feeling misunderstood, forgotten about or shunned.
I specialize in grief, loss and chronic illness and have a laid-back, gentle approach. The grieving process is different for each person however you can find ways to help you survive. Grief changes minute to minute, day to day but you can find what might be helpful for you in your grief.
