I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist with 14 years of experience. I love working with clients navigating issues all types of trauma, depression, perfectionism, difficult family dynamics, attachment issues and somatic symptoms.
Specific interventions that I utilize most are EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory and Attachment-Based Therapy. I deeply believe that most of us are just trying our best and that healing unprocessed events in our lives offers the freedom to make different choices in the future.
