Living in today’s world can often feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Children, adolescents, and adults are facing challenges they have never faced before which can be stressful. My desire as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can come, be heard, and together work through those challenges. Whether your life has been impacted by trauma, mental illness, or situational stressors, we can work together to help you live a more purposeful and fulfilling life.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults affected by depression, anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviors such as hair pulling and skin picking, attachment issues, relationship issues, emotion regulation issues, parenting/co-parenting issues, substance use, and trauma.
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of all of my clients including therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and received my certification in Animal Assisted Therapy.
