I am a licensed psychologist with 18 years of experience. With a collaborative approach I create a safe space to engage in a real and honest exploration of what is and isn't working, provide you with the tools, and empower you to make transformative changes. I offer insight-oriented depth work and assist you in developing concrete and effective coping skills to manage symptoms such as depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I provide compassionate and integrative therapy that focuses on the whole person, and my speciality in trauma has led to a keen understanding of the mind/body connection.
I specialize in infertility, perinatal mental health, LGBT+, grief/loss, relationships, parenting, trauma, and am trained in EMDR. My lived experience with infertility, assisted reproductive technology, and perinatal mood disorders informs the care that I provide, and allows me to bring compassion, understanding, and knowledge of complex medical processes.
