It is so hard to be a human sometimes, we get overwhelmed in our mind & body. There are so many factors; high achievers, life changes, purpose questioning, hormone changes, and the rapidly shifting world and events around us can all play a part in the exhausting feelings many people live with. These things can have a direct effect on your physical health, too! The brain and the body are connected, and they will let you know when things are not in sync. This can be confusing for some people, they get stuck and don't know how to move forward, increasing those distressing thoughts that are related to anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Life happens, and can be totally overwhelming. Therapy is about supporting you through this life. I hear your story, and guide you through, using your strengths, and notice the ways your past is affecting your present while seeking what is most meaningful. Greunke Consulting is a compassionate therapy practice to all, and a LGBTQIA+ and POC ally.
I have no agenda, other than to listen to you, to believe you, and to help you identify and meet goals that will move you forward in life.
