I have 14+ years of licensed experience addressing the broad and dynamic needs of my clients. With a focus on self-compassion, I join with my clients to address burnout, improve emotional wellbeing, bring health to complicated relationships, process difficult life events, and navigate big changes. I am EMDR trained and am licensed in TX and NY.
