I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began my clinical training journey in 2014. Over the years I have gained clinical experience working with adults, teens, and families. In addition, I have supported a variety of populations that include victims of human trafficking, individuals with eating disorders, and adolescents struggling with mood and behavioral challenges. The clients I worked with reported symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, work-life balance, and other personal stressors.
Most recently I have been working in Silicon Valley on-site at a high-tech corporate company supporting clients with personal issues, and work-related stress, managing work-life balance and adjusting to the current and personal impacts of COVID.
I strongly believe in a collaborative approach, building trust, supporting you where you are at and actively listening to your needs. I never judge and I will work with you to develop the best treatment plan that helps you meet your goals.
