I use a trauma-informed, identity-affirming, strengths-based approach to help you uncover the solutions you already possess. Elements of my background in yoga and mindfulness are often incorporated to strengthen immediate and ongoing challenges.
My communication style is un-opinionated, compassionate, and direct. You can trust that I am genuinely interested in understanding your experience, and I won’t waste your time with a bunch of BS.
