I love helping people inhabit their bodies. An embodied person is a person able to 1) find what they want and need, 2) communicate those needs, 3) find mood and nervous system regulation, 4) and be able to feel pleasure. Although our minds work hard at change, my experience is that deep change actually happens through experience in the body.
