In our therapy session I work with a strength based, solution focused approach to meet your immediate needs. Whether it is lowering anxiety, lowering depression or assisting with other issues such as resolving past trauma or helping you through a tough transition we will create a plan to allow your authentic self to shine through to help you through your the struggles life presents.
I have worked with clients regarding domestic violence, co-dependence, anxiety issues, PTSD, parenting topics & more. As your therapist, you and I will build a relationship of trust and understanding to work through the issues that are important to you. Clinical approaches include: CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and other modalities.
