Together we slow things down, explore patterns, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident.
My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based perspective. Sessions balance compassion, empathy, and sometimes humor as we work toward helping you feel more steady and supported.
