Hi! My name is Jenny, and I am so glad you are here. I am passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and their parents find hope and healing through life’s many ups and downs. Whether you are a parent worried about your child’s anxiety, a teen feeling overwhelmed by today’s pressures, or a young adult facing a big life transition, I believe meaningful growth happens within safe, supportive relationships. My hope is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued—where your story matters, your feelings are welcome, and your strengths shine.
My counseling approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I blend evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems with creative approaches like art and play. I strive to tailor each session to your unique story, personality, and stage of life. I also welcome Christian integration for those who desire it.
My clinical focus includes anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, body image, and disordered eating concerns. While not formally certified in eating disorder treatment at this time, I am committed to ongoing training and collaboration to ensure your best possible care. I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
