I work with both adults and adolescents and believe that the client is the expert of their lived experience. I partner with my client to explore a variety of issues that may be holding them back from wellbeing and peace. This may include difficult beliefs, patterns and behaviors that they want to change, relationship issues, career changes, and anxiety. I look forward to getting to know you and exploring how we can work together toward healing and growth.
With my younger clients, I often support them through roadblocks at home, in school, and with friends. We may explore topics such as identity, family dynamics, and forming healthy relationships, habits and beliefs. In addition, I have extensive experience working with clients with learning differences such as ADHD, and dyslexia.
I work to help clients understand “how their brain works,” and highlight the strengths that come with their learning style. Having worked in schools for 15 years, I feel confident teaming up with families and schools to advocate for the child and their social emotional needs.
