About
Are you feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or trapped in the chaos of negative thoughts but don't have the tools to change? I will help you to gain insight into the root of the issue as we address the challenges of life. I guide clients through the difficult transitions in life and will stand by your side while you address the negative past behavioral patterns as you gain strength and confidence in yourself. Together we will uncover your strengths and resilience as you embrace your authentic self.
My therapeutic style is authentic, nurturing, empathetic, and a little humorous at times. My intention is to create a safe space for you so that you can closely examine your life, values, and ultimately cultivate and achieve your goals. I listen with warmth and understanding while using research-supported, practical methods.
I believe that within all of us there is an inherent wisdom, intuition, and knowledge to achieve the life we strive to live. It is my intention to support you along each step of your journey toward wellness, hope, and healing.
