You may be a Highly Sensitive Person or HSP. HSPs can have difficulty regulating moods.
I offer a safe, nurturing place where together we create a safe container, slowly, and compassionately, uncover the layers, honor your wisdom, and intuition; heal wounds, reframe old beliefs, regulate your nervous system and create the life you want. I work with children, adults, and families. I specialize in working with HSP's and those in recovery.
